To enter Serpentshrine Cavern in Burning Crusade Anniversary, head to Zangarmarsh and dive into the central pipe of Coilfang Reservoir beneath Serpent Lake. The raid portal is hidden behind a waterfall inside the main hub. Originally, you needed the Cudgel of Kar'desh attunement chain, requiring kills of Nightbane and Gruul — but in later updates this requirement was removed, so now any level 70 player can enter freely.
