Head to the Raven Hill Cemetery crypt in western Duskwood. Enter through the westernmost tomb entrance and follow the winding stone stairs down to the deepest crypt room. The tome rests on the stone altar bench.

Found inside the Mo'grosh Stronghold Ogre Cave in northeastern Loch Modan. Enter the main cavern and take the left fork path guarded by two Ogres. The book is resting beside the bone campfire.

Head to Whelgar's Excavation Site in central Wetlands. Descend into the lower dig pit and hug the right-hand rock wall until you reach the open artifact crate where the Scrolls object rests.

Head into The Hall of Explorers in northeastern Ironforge. Walk into the museum's center research area to find the book resting on the massive study desk. Horde stealthers can loot this by waiting between guard patrols.

Located in Brill in central Tirisfal Glades. Enter the local Alchemy & Herbalism shop; hover over the object named Apothecary Society Primer on the wooden bookshelf immediately to your left as you step through the doorway.

Located inside Amber Mill in eastern Silverpine Forest. Enter the fortified city walls and go to the town hall's central chamber. The book rests on the bookshelf right in front of the entrance hall. Pro Tip: The Dalaran protectors here are friendly/neutral to Alliance players!

Head to The Sludge Fen in northern Barrens. Climb the metal catwalks all the way to the top control room of the large Venture Co. Oil Rig structure to loot the Manual object resting on the control console.

Located in the neutral goblin port of Ratchet. Walk into the Engineering workshop located just behind the Flight Master (near Gazlowe's quarters). Click the Goblin Tome resting on the workbench.

Enter the Wailing Caverns outer cave (Cavern of Mists) near Lushwater Oasis (cave entrance at 46.0, 36.5). Do NOT enter the dungeon instance portal. Walk past the summoning stone to the dry upper rock ledge just before the instance portal (internal cave map coordinates 52.8, 54.7) and click the Scrolls container on the rocks.

Located in the Ruins of Mathystra in northern Darkshore. Walk down the sunken elven ruin staircase. Before reaching the flooded bottom floor, look at the marble ledge halfway down the steps.

Found at Malaka'jin in southern Stonetalon Mountains. Look for the large troll tent next to the tribal totem on the eastern side of the outpost. The scroll rests on a wooden keg.

Located in Darkbriar Lodge within the Valley of Spirits in Orgrimmar. Interact with the large carved stone tablet resting against the meditation altar.

Found on a stone table outside the Crystalvein Mine / Basilisk Cave in central STV. Start at path coordinates 37.1, 48.8 and ride up the ridge to the cavern entrance.

Located atop Darkcloud Pinnacle on the Grimtotem Mound. Begin climbing the wooden ramps at 31.0, 37.0 (or 31.9, 38.5), cross the rope bridges, and enter the largest chieftain hut on the left. Click the Scrolls object resting on the rug.

Found inside the ruined Ogre Watchtower at Gallows' Corner (48.4, 57.5) at the entrance crossroads of Alterac Mountains. A Level 40 Ogre guards the chamber. Tip: Stand in the back corner behind the wooden crates while the Ogre patrols to click the Manual without triggering aggro!

Located in the northern Murloc coastal village in Dustwallow Marsh. Check the stone furnace in the center of the camp; the muddy book is resting directly beside the fire pit.

Found inside Witherbark Village in southeastern Arathi Highlands. Enter the troll hut on the far eastern mountain side. Pro Tip: Stand against the outside rear wall of the hut and zoom your camera down to click and loot the scroll through the fabric wall without aggroing the trolls inside!

Located inside Thunder Axe Fortress in northern Desolace. Run into the innermost fortified stone keep (beside the demon escort quest cage). The tome is resting on a study lectern.

Climb the winding desert hill past the two dwarf explorers in central Badlands. Continue up the path into the ancient excavated tomb opening (56.7, 39.7). Click the Scrolls object resting directly beside two ancient mummified skeletons.

Head to the outer courtyard of Scholomance (Caer Darrow). Walk up the outer stone staircase leading to the viewing balcony above the courtyard. The book rests on a study table with zero hostile mobs around!

Located at Felstone Field farmstead in western WPL. Enter the two-story farmhouse next to the large barn and go to the second floor. The book is guarded by a single undead mob.

Head to Light's Hope Chapel in eastern EPL. Enter the holy sanctuary building and check the front left prayer table near Lord Maxwell Tyrosus.

Found inside the ruined burnt wooden cottage on the northern shore of Blackwood Lake. Tip: Noxious Plaguebats patrol overhead; wait for the bat to fly to maximum distance before looting!

Located just outside the main gates of Stratholme. Walk along the paved road leading to the city bridge; the book is resting on the side parapet stonework before the instance gate.

Climb the winding stone walkway up to the highest outdoor roof tier of the Temple of Atal'Hakkar (Sunken Temple). Walk around to the rear exterior wall to find the scroll resting in a small stone alcove.

Located inside the sprawling elite troll city of Jintha'Alor. Head to the first pyramid tier on your left upon entering. The book rests on the stone floor behind the half-circle wall. Tip: Pull the guard up to the terrace above, then jump down to loot the book safely!

Head to the northern tip of Felwood and enter the Timbermaw Hold cave tunnel. Walk to the wooden bridge spanning the underground ravine; the book rests on the stone ledge immediately to the left of the bridge.

Head into the neutral goblin settlement of Everlook in central Winterspring. The book is resting in plain sight on a bench right outside the Engineering building near the bank.

Enter Blackrock Mountain via Burning Steppes (31.1, 30.1) or Searing Gorge. Run along the upper chain into the central hanging mausoleum (Forgewright's Tomb, where the ghost of Franclorn Forgewright stands). The book rests on the central stone altar.

While inside Blackrock Mountain, jump or run down the lower chains from Forgewright's Tomb toward the bottom lava floor where Lothos Riftwaker (the Molten Core teleport NPC) stands. The book rests on the stone floor right past him before the window portal.

Located outside The Slag Pit in south-central Searing Gorge. Look for the small leather encampment tent pitched next to a solo Dark Iron Geologist mob. The book is resting on a crate inside the tent.

Walk southwest from the Valormok crossroads along the ridge cliffs overlooking the ruined elven temples. The book rests on a stone block overlooking the bay.

Head into Lost Rigger Cove (the Southsea Pirate stronghold on the eastern coast of Tanaris at 72.6, 47.5 / 72.7, 47.8). Enter the middle two-story wooden building among the three main pirate houses; click the Book object on the center wall bookshelf.

Located in eastern Swamp of Sorrows at the Fallow Sanctuary (61.4, 22.4) locked inside a bamboo cage. To open the cage, you must farm the surrounding Muckdweller Murlocs for the Rusted Cage Key (~1% drop rate).

Originally tied to the Jademir Lake / Ruins of Ravenwind area in northern Feralas (50.6, 15.7). Important Note: Because this book was originally placed behind the Nightmare Incursions portal in Season of Discovery (which does not exist in WoW Forever), its open-world container is currently inactive/unconfirmed in the current build. Skip this and use the 36 verified spawns above!

Datamined book entry linked to The Sepulcher in Silverpine Forest (43.4, 41.2). Unlike the Amber Mill book (#9), this secondary Silverpine entry is tied to special phase/class conditions and is not needed for your 25-book milestone.

The 40th database book assigned to Blasted Lands around Dreadmaul Hold / Serpent's Coil (50.2, 14.3 area). Because you only need 25 cumulative books to unlock all three milestone quests, players finish their collection long before reaching Level 50+ Blasted Lands.
